Service Description

… individual session … up to one hour … up to two looks/outfits … 4 retouched images … image usage rights LOCATION(s): Your choice (might increase travel/incidentals). INCIDENTALS: If shoot related expenses occur (hotel room, transportation, etc.), the client will pay for them in addition to the session fee. DISCOUNTS: 25% off for returning clients and active duty military. After the session you will get an online gallery with all the proofs from which you can select which image(s) you want me to edit. All sessions include a personal gallery containing all edited (retouched) images where you can purchase images at à la carte pricing. There are fees associated with additional requests/photos, to include digital copies.  Unfinished / unedited photos will NOT be given to the client.

Cancellation Policy

RETAINER: A non-refundable retainer (at least 50%) is necessary to lock the date. This initial payment reserves the Photographer’s time and in return the Photographer agrees to not advertise availability of this same time slot to any other potential clients. It is possible to extend a session on the spot (add more hours) if the Photographer happens to be available. CANCELLATION or RESCHEDULING: If you are unable to make your photo session, all deposits and or fees received, will act as a cancellation fee. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before the start of your scheduled session. 48 hours advance notice is required in order to credit any deposit towards a future session. The photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly cancel or reschedule their photos sessions.
