Ivan Edgardo is a dedicated portrait photographer based in Washington, DC, originally hailing from St. Croix, U.S.V.I. Ivan frequently travels between Washington, DC, New York, Orlando, Tampa, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, bringing a diverse perspective to his photography.

 

In addition to his role as a full-time paralegal in the U.S. Navy, Ivan is a passionate freelance photographer. He collaborates with a wide range of clients, from clothing companies to families, aiming to capture the beauty, grace, strength, and enthusiasm of individuals. His focus lies primarily on non-models, as he creatively places everyday people in exaggerated scenarios that accentuate their unique qualities. Through his work, Ivan seeks to portray a sense of defiance and fortitude, driven by the dynamic interactions between individuals and their environments.

At home, Ivan enjoys an adventurous life with his husband, daughter, and Jack Russell Terrier, who inspire him every day.
