Service Description

HOURLY RATE: $100/h + incidentals (if any). Minimum of 2 hours required for booking. Hours have to be consecutive. Usually produce 50-100 images per hour. ADDITIONAL: Transport expenses (varies). Housing expenses (varies). Meals (per every 6 hours) $25. Technical Scouting $50/hour + expenses. Proof of Insurance Certificate $35. Special Retouching $50/hour. Special Equipment, Location fees… (varies). OPTION: Next Day Delivery (within 48 hours) $200. Same Day Delivery (within 24 hours) $300. DISCOUNT: Return Clients 25% off. Active Duty Military 25% off. BOOKING: A non-refundable retainer (at least 50%) is necessary to lock the date. This initial payment reserves the Photographer’s time and in return the Photographer agrees to not advertise availability of this same time slot to any other potential clients. It is possible to extend a session on the spot (add more hours) if the Photographer happens to be available.


Cancellation Policy

RETAINER: A non-refundable retainer (at least 50%) is necessary to lock the date. This initial payment reserves the Photographer’s time and in return the Photographer agrees to not advertise availability of this same time slot to any other potential clients. It is possible to extend a session on the spot (add more hours) if the Photographer happens to be available. CANCELLATION or RESCHEDULING: If you are unable to make your photo session, all deposits and or fees received, will act as a cancellation fee. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hours before the start of your event. 72 hours advance notice is required in order to credit any deposit towards a future session. The photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly cancel or reschedule their photos sessions.
